Product Description:

The R-series rotary injection pump (referred to as rotary jet pump, also known as pitot tube pump) is a new-type high-pressure chemical pump independently developed by our Company. It is a single-stage pump belonging to low-specific-speed pump with low flow quantity, high head lift and unique structure and working principle. Due to its unique design principle of stagnation of pressure boost by stamping used in conventional centrifugal pumps and space technologies, the world’s simplest structured single-stage high-pressure pump with compact size, high pressure, and stable operation performance is developed. The rotary jet pump is significantly better than other types of high-pressure pumps in operating stability and service life.



Features:

The pump is of single stage with low flow quantity (0 to 100m3/h)and high head lift (100 to 1000m).

The high head lift (500m) can be achieved at a low speed (3000rpm or less).

The pump has simple structures, small size and few moving parts and is almost maintenance-free, thus the maintenance cost is low and the service life is prolonged.

There are only two basic working components inside the pump:  a rotating rotor and a fixed receiving tube.

The rotor is made from forged steel and is subjected to rigorous high-precision dynamic balance test, which effectively ensures the more stable and reliable operation of the product.

The sealing is reliable and the mechanical seal only exists at the low-pressure inlet of the pump, which solves the high-pressure seal problem widespread in high pressure pumps.

The pump can operate within the full range of the head lift curve (operating under variable working condition). The hydraulic pressures are stable at any point and the pressure is output without pulsation.

The anti-cavitation performance is excellent. The pump can operate with a certain amount of gases to avoid damage to the pump due to pump-out of liquids.

The flow characteristic curve is smooth and the liquid pressure is output without pulsation, which is suitable for production fronts with more balanced fluid transport requirements.

The pump itself does not produce an axial force and the main source of the axial force is inlet pressure.

All seals are reliable imported products. The mechanical sealing is balanced single mechanical seal.

The performance can be shifted by the adjustment of pump speed and/or replacement of different sizes of eceiving tubes.

All parts inside the pump chamber have easy installation, removal and maintenance characteristics, including the  mechanical sealing.

The efficiency is higher than that of high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump, high-speed centrifugal pump, plunger pump and other high-pressure pumps.

The pump combines the advantages of multi-stage centrifugal pump and displacement pump, while avoids the disadvantages existing in the structures of the two pumps.

Purposes:

The R-series rotary injection pump is mainly used to transport clean liquids or liquids containing solid particles (for transporting liquids containing solid particles, the receiving tube is  required to adopt wear-resistant materials). The rotary jet pump, ideal alternative product for high-speed centrifugal pump, high pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump and some displacement pumps, is widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, carbon black, paper making and other industries. The rotary jet pump has become the preferred equipment for  infusion pump of drilling flushing system in the automotive industry and feed pump of production line of carbon black industry and has become the standard equipped appliance in the field of deep-well waste disposal in  chemical plants, CIP high-pressure cleaning systems in food processing industry, cleaning systems in manufacturing plants and high-pressure cleaning in paper making industry.

Carbon black industry: raw oil transfer pump, fuel oil transfer pump, adhesive transfer pump, boiler water supply pump, condensate water recovery pump

Paper making industry: high pressure cleaning pump of paper machine nets and coarse cotton cloths, boiler water supply pump, fuel oil pump, condensate water recovery pump, water cutting

Tubulation industry: high-pressure cutting of copper tubes, system cleaning before packaging and hydraulic system in copper tube manufacture industry

Automotive production: high pressure flushing of drilling, cooling and cleaning after parts processed

Reverse osmosis system: desalination, RO reverse osmosis membrane filtration of brackish water, deep-well processing in chemical plants

Food and beverage processing industry: High-pressure water supply pump of CIP high-pressure cleaning system and boiler water supply

Other occasions: used as a high-pressure pump in the turbine to simultaneously control the fuel and Nox injection, automatic large-scale flushing system in aircraft and tire processing and other small flow of high-voltage transmission occasions
